In placing an order with Fashionandjewels Ltd,  you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by UK Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Please note that we also we accept orders on telephone, and accept cheques but delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared.

Please note that a signature is required from you when your order is delivered.

Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Fashion and Jewels cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.

In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.

Minimum Order Value:  Please note our Minimum Order Value for each jewellery category.

There is no minimum order quantity per item.

Sterling Silver Jewellery: £250

Sterling Silver Gemstone Jewellery: £250

Fashion Jewellery: £100

Lead time: It takes up five weeks for jewellery delivery in all the jewellery cetegory after the payment is received. We can not guarantee the lead time, however, three to five weeks is calculated on normal circumstances.

Payment:  A full payment in advance from the buyers is required once the order contract is signed between two parties. Once the payment is received, the order process takes place and fashionandjewels takes complete responsibility to deliver the order to the customers in time.

Fashionandjewels receives the order payment through Paypal, Bank transfer, or cheques depending on the buyer's preferences.

Back Order Policy: We have a standard back order policy.  Back order deliveries may take up to five weeks depending on the order. Our customers get updated constantly by email and telephone about their order status. For any back order, full payment is required from the customer before the order can be processed. In circumstances where you wish to cancel a previously placed order, this may only be done prior to shipping. In this event,, the purchase price of the product will be credited within 4 working days. 

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 working days of  receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.   

If the products are in a saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and stamping.

However, if we believe that the product has been used or it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Faulty and damaged items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and there will be a full refund of the full purchase price of the product including postage and stamping.

How to return items

If you wish to return a product, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Send a completed contact us form to us mentioning the

a) Order number

b) Item code

c) Reason for return

Step 2. We will send you an email confirmation of your intended return. Please do not dispatch any item until you receive this confirmation.

Step 3. Please attach your proof of purchase (email copy of order confirmation) and pack the item (s) you wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging.
